Ideally situated in the heart of downtown and five miles from the convening's host site Southern Methodist University, the Crowne Plaza Hotel Dallas - Downtown provides travelers a home base with a short walk to the Dallas Convention Center and just a five minute walk to The Dallas World Aquarium. Guests also appreciate the hotel's convenient downtown locale. Dallas, Texas attractions, such as the West End Historic District, American Airlines Center and the House of Blues, are less than a mile away, so you can easily walk to some of the major Dallas destinations.

Transportation Near the Crowne Plaza

The closest subway station is the DART West End Station. One way fare is $2.50.
Uber and taxi cabs are common in the area should you want to hop in for a ride.
Off-peak Uber fares between downtown Dallas and SMU range from $8-$10.

Discount Hotel Rate

We have secured a discount hotel rate of $109 for registrants with the Hotel Indigo in downtown Dallas. This convening rate is available through October 21, 2016.
